Stephanie, My buddy and I decided to join the run at the last minute. Late Friday evening, in fact. Usually things I do on impulse are either a total disaster or an incredibly fantastic time. Let me say the result was one of the most enjoyable trips I have taken in my classic Chevy. It is not about the destination, it’s all about the ‘getting there’. The drive, the cars, and most of all the people made this an unforgettable time I will be sure to tell my fellow car enthusiasts about. You and your team did an unbelievable job planning and organizing this event. Getting the support of Fort McDowell, the Payson merchants, the folks in Sedona, and the Radisson in Flagstaff was an ambitious undertaking. As far as we could see, there were no major glitches. Even the AM’s snow added to the overall experience, although you could have left that part out of the festivities, in my opinion. I look forward to participating next year in what will be an event that will surely double in both number of participants and ‘fun factor’. Thanks for an excellent weekend !!!
